Email hello@cadencetutor.com about anything – a problem with the app, a question before subscribing, a refund, or a bug you have found. Replies come from a person, usually within a couple of working days.

For data-protection requests – access, correction, export or deletion – email privacy@cadencetutor.com. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from the account screen.

If something has gone wrong

Tell us what happened and what device you were using. Cadence does a lot of work in the browser with your microphone, so the make of phone and the browser version genuinely help. Your recordings stay on your device and we cannot see them, which means we rely on your description more than most.

Billing

When premium opens, payments will be handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for Cadence – so your card statement will show Paddle rather than Harbour Studios Limited. Billing enquiries can go to either Paddle or to us. See Refunds & Cancellation for how cancelling and refunds work.
